Create Student Awards 2026
Celebrating our students
For over a decade, the annual Create Student Awards has been the flagship end-of-year celebration for the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology at the University of Salford. Showcasing talent across nine categories, the awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our final-year students, postgraduates, and alumni.
This year’s ceremony will take place at Manchester Hall on Wednesday 10 June, hosted by comedian and proud University of Salford alumna, Luisa Omielan.

Presenters
Our judges play an integral role in the Create Student Awards. Meeting annually, the panel brings together senior representatives from across the school, offering valuable insight and perspective from their varied careers. Drawing on their wide-ranging expertise, they selected this year’s finalists from over 90 outstanding entries, highlighting the very best of our creative student community.
