“Being nominated for a Create Student Award means a great deal to me. As an international student, this nomination feels especially meaningful because it represents not only recognition of my creative work, but also of the journey, resilience, and growth behind it. Studying in a different country has challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, adapt to new environments, and express my ideas across cultures. To be nominated is incredibly encouraging because it reminds me that creativity can connect people beyond language and background. It makes me feel seen, valued, and motivated to keep developing my voice as a student and creator. I am grateful for the support of my tutors, peers, and community, who have helped me grow both personally and professionally.
