Student? New graduate? Alumni? We're here for you

We're here to help you make the most of your skills and experience, preparing you for the next stage of your career.

Our team supports students at all stages of their studies and beyond as graduates. At the heart of work is our passion to help students explore future career options, develop relevant employability skills, and learn how to evidence their employability to potential employers in the UK and overseas.

We provide information, advice and guidance on: career planning, finding and applying for employment opportunities, writing and tailoring CVs, interview preparation, internships and placements, business start-up, freelancing, further study and much more! Throughout the year we provide online resources, bookable appointments, employability masterclasses and employer events.

We value working collaboratively with academics, employers and industry professionals. We are eager to engage students and graduates in networking and inspirational activity, and to access job vacancies. We work closely with the International Opportunities Team who can help provide guidance, and, in some cases, funding, to support work placements overseas.

We work closely with the following third-party careers services:

AGCAS, ASET CareerHub UK, CareerSet, Enterprise Educators UK, Gradcracker, Graduates First, Prospects, ShortlistMe, Target Jobs and Unitemps.
