Business planning

Two people make a plan

A business plan is a document that details the strategy of business owners on how they intend to run their business.

Business planning

Planning a business is about more than having an idea. We can take you through business basics and the fundamentals of setting up and running a business in our Business Planning masterclasses. We have a lot of resources you can use. You will learn about the importance of good market research, establishing your value proposition and determining your customer base. The workshop will cover best ways to go about business planning, by introducing you to new processes of business modelling.

Based on an innovative and simple approach as outlined in Business Model Generation text, written by Alexander Osterwalder & Ives Pigneur, you will take the first steps in devising your business plan. We will cover the nine building blocks of the Business Model Canvas:

  • Customer Segments
  • Value Proposition
  • Channels
  • Customer Relationships
  • Revenue Streams
  • Key Resources
  • Key Activities
  • Cost Structures
