“It was one of those ‘when you know, you know’ moments.”

I chose Salford because of my experience at the Open Day. From the appearance of the campuses down to the modules on my course, no other university came close.

“I HAD MY OFFER IN AN HOUR. THE CLEARING PROCESS REALLY SURPRISED ME. IT WAS MUCH EASIER AND SIMPLER THAN I THOUGHT.”

“The Clearing process surprised me. It was really simple. I was accepted onto my course in 15 minutes.”

Looking back, the Clearing process was much easier than I thought it would be. Before I called, I was quite nervous and thought I’d need to answer lots of questions. But it wasn’t like that at all – they just wanted to get to know me and find out whether I’d be the right person for the course. When they asked me if I’d like to apply it was just a few questions over the phone. Then after a quick chat with the tutor I was offered a place.
