Accredited courses

All our psychology degree Clearing courses are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). This means your learning meets the high standards of the UK’s leading body for psychology professionals. If you achieve a 2:1 or above on one of our BPS accredited courses, you’ll receive the Graduate Basis for Registration – the first step to becoming a chartered psychologist.

Work placements and studying abroad

As part of all our psychology Clearing courses, you can apply for a sandwich year between your second and third year. This offers the chance to study abroad or gain professional workplace experience, where you can apply the skills and knowledge acquired on your studies to a real-world scenario. And if you choose to study abroad, you’ll enhance your university experience by studying in a different country.

It’s important to note that sandwich years are limited, so placements are not guaranteed.
