Introduction to the Careers Service
Salford Employability Skills
During your apprenticeship, you'll gain vital skills and attributes for the workplace and graduate roles. Employability skills are the sought-after "soft" skills that employers value, showcasing your ability to thrive within their organisation. These skills are equally crucial for aspiring entrepreneurs and freelancers working with clients.
We have a specific Employability Journey designed for apprentices. This provides suggestions of ways you can develop your employability skills throughout your time at university. Alongside this, you'll find information about the support services that the Careers Team can offer you at different stages in your apprenticeship.
