Prioritising your wellbeing isn't something to put on hold during the assessment period - it's the key to your success. Taking care of your mental and physical health helps you stay energised, focused and ready to tackle challenges. Here are some ways to take care of yourself during busy periods:

  • Connect with other students. SU Connectors are students just like you, they know how tough it can get. Join their sessions to meet new people and chat through your experiences.
  • Take some time to socialise. Find events on our What's On blog.
  • When you need some solo time, find a quiet space for reflection at our Faith Centre, or explore our additional quiet spaces on campus.
  • If you're struggling, reach out to our Wellbeing and Counselling team. They're here to help you succeed.
