Now that exams and assessments are coming to an end for many of you, we'd love to celebrate you and your achievements from this year - no matter how big or small! Share something you're proud of from this academic year through our form, and we'll feature your achievements on our Made in Salford blog, so we can celebrate together. 

As a thank you for sharing, everyone who completes the form can enter our You've Got This competition. We have five prizes to giveaway including an Instax camera, headphones, Monopoly: City of Salford Edition, a summer hamper and a University of Salford hoodie. 

The competition runs from Monday 20 April until 23:59 on Sunday 17 May 2026. We'll be selecting a prize winner every Monday, so the sooner you enter, the more chance you have of winning a prize!

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is the University of Salford.
  2. The competition is open to students from the University of Salford who are registered for the 2025/26 academic year. 
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.  
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Only one entry per person is permitted. 
  7. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Sunday 17 May 2026. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: You must be a University of Salford student in the 2025/26 academic year. You must complete the Microsoft form to enter. 
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 
  12. The prizes are as follows: Instax camera, headphones, Monopoly: City of Salford Edition, summer hamper and a University of Salford branded hoodie. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  13. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the University of Salford. 
  14. The winner will be notified via the preferred email address they provide in the form. The winner will only ever be contacted by the University of Salford. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  15. Winners of physical prizes must arrange a date to collect their prize from University House, Peel Park campus. The University are unable to deliver prizes.
  16. Physical prizes must be collected within 30 days or they are forfeited. Winners may nominate another named person to collect their prize for them if they cannot collect it themselves. Winners take responsibility for the receipt of their prizes once the named person has collected the prize; the University is not liable for any undelivered prizes from the point of collection.
  17. The University of Salford’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
  20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
  21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, TikTok, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the University of Salford and not to any other party.
  22. The University of Salford's decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  23. The University of Salford shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  24. The University of Salford also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its control.
