Biography
I'm a Mental Health nurse with 20 years experience in clinical practice. My area of speciality is Mental Health and Deafness and working with sexual offender; over my career I was involved with the Senior Management Team in opening the first every Medium Secure Unit for Deaf people in Bury and published standards of care for Deaf people alongside the Royal Collage of Psych.
Within the School I'm the lead for Academic Misconduct, admissions tutor and Lead for the Deaf Nurse Project, I have an interest in Nursing Practice and Decision Making and provide the foundation module for Mental Health Care.
