Dr. Angela Byrne
Salford Business School
Lecturer in Marketing
Starting working life in industry within retailing and marketing at British Gas, I appreciate how organisations need to be proactive to ensure a dynamic customer environment that meets the needs and anticipates future changes. Having made the transition into further and higher education I spent over two decades in MMU as a senior lecturer in marketing and have been an external examiner and advisor on panels for new programmes in several universities throughout the UK. I have published in journals and presented at conferences nationally and internationally over the last couple of decades and I am a reviewer on different journals. I enjoy helping students achieve their goals and seeing their careers flourish.
