Dr Karen Staniland

Senior Lecturer

Biography

Karen has extensive experience in the teaching and supervision of nurses and healthcare professionals at pre, post registration and post graduate level. She is a strong advocate for the promotion of eLearning in nursing. She is the programme leader for the online Post Graduate Certificate in Gastroenterology and supervises at PhD and Master’s level. Her main research interests lie in healthcare quality improvement.
