Santander Universities Funding 2023-24
We work with Santander Universities UK to deliver an employability programme that offers funding to help employ students and recent graduates to work within your organisation.

Host employers can be from any sector and will be reimbursed up to £1,000 whether they chose to part fund or fully fund the employment. Any funding provided by the University will be paid based on the actual number of hours worked. The rate of pay is set at £10.90 per hour which is the current [as of September 2023] Real Living Wage.
