askUS is your one-stop-shop for all student enquiries. We are your dedicated specialist support service, your go-to people for when you're not sure where to start and your first port of call when you need to talk to someone. We're here to help you be successful at university and maximise your potential.

Our askUS staff can give you the right advice when you need it most, whether you have a question about finance, wellbeing, faith or visas and immigration or if you need support with your studies, your career or a disability.

Term Time opening hours (Trimester 1 and 2):  

askUS open for student virtual queries (telephone, email and live chat) 

  • Monday to Thursday: 8am-8pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday: 12pm-6pm
  • Sunday: 12pm-6pm

askUS open for face-to-face queries 

  • Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm - askUS advice desk at University House
  • Monday to Friday: 10am-4pm – askUS advice desk at Media City
  • Saturday: closed
  • Sunday: closed

Trimester 3 and Vacation opening hours

There are no services at the Media City campus during Trimester 3 and Vacation times, however you can catch the number 50 bus between campuses for free by showing the bus driver your student card.
