Current positions

Lecturer in Accounting


I joined Salford Business School on 1 August 2016 as Lecturer in Accounting. My experience in academia began in 2011 when I started teaching Management Accounting at Manchester Metropolitan University while I was also pursuing my doctoral research project in field of accounting at Warwick Business School. After being graduated from University of Warwick with PhD in 2016,

I teach Accounting at different levels of UG and PG in addition to conducting research in field of Accounting at Salford Business School.

Environmental Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting and Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Foucauldian Studies

Research Interests

My main research interest revolves around studying ‘the use of accounting-based practices in human’s daily life and its consequences’ through qualitative methods.
