BIOGRAPHY

I have a successful track record of ground breaking work in Music, Live Literature, Poetry and Comedy across Multi-platform, Radio and TV. I began my career as manager of legendary Manchester club The International 1, before establishing Manchester Roadhouse as a key live venue in the North of England. I launched Manchester Poetry Festival in 1994 with Henry Normal and produced events and programmes for Granada TV based around The Boddingtons Manchester Festival and live performance. I have written for Channel 4 and added a range of additional material and appeared in front of the camera in a range of shows. I have presented across a range of regional and RSL radio stations. I was commissioned to make a range of live poetry programmes for multi-award winning Baby Cow Productions and went on to become Head of Development for the award-winning Baby Cow Manchester, establishing a reputation for bringing through and nurturing new talent. In a varied career so far I have written, produced and presented online, on television and on radio. Currently script editing and co-producing a Sci-Fi feature film "Persona", which has a taster app launch in November 2014 and developing a radio series. More recently I have been producing films via Apps with Coldstar Media. These are based in 2080 around a corporation named Halcyen.
