Biography
I hold a PhD in control, robotics and autonomous systems from the Department of Automatic Control and Systems Engineering, University of Sheffield (2020); M.Eng. in robotics and computer engineering (2012); B.Eng. in computer engineering (2005). During my PhD, I was a member of Sheffield Robotics and I have worked on designing, developing and formally verifying of control systems algorithms for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). I have worked as a teaching assistant in the Automatic Control and Systems Engineering, Aerospace and Computer Science departments at The University of Sheffield. Previously, I have worked as a senior engineer with experience in software engineering and project management. I have proven track record in the field of robotics and autonomous systems with several publications in peer-reviewed leading conferences and journals. I'm interested in the following fields: control engineering, robotics, autonomous systems, autonomous driving cars, safety of autonomous systems, AI and decision-making, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
