Biography
Following ten years in the commercial sector Andrew completed an LLB at the University of Glamorgan followed by an LLM in Commercial Law at Cardiff University. He has taught in higher education since 2004 with particular focus on Contract, Company and Commercial Law areas. Andrew's research interest encompass his teaching areas and further include Bank Regulation and Aspects of Financial Crime with a focus on Money Laundering and Confiscation of Criminal Assets.
