  • Attend a course session and meet the academic staff - most courses have at least two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
  • Take a campus tour and get a feel for the University - campus tours are bookable throughout the day, you can also take a virtual tour before you visit us!
  • Find out more about student life - chat to our Student Ambassadors on the day, they're all current students so can share their first hand experience.
  • See the accommodation in Salford - attend the accommodation talk and drop in to tour the accommodation sites throughout the day.
  • Find out more about student finance - there will be a talk on every campus discussing all you will need to know.
  • Chat to our askUS student support team - they will have a drop-in stand across all three campuses and you can view their handy student support video online now.

Alternative study options

Many of our courses offer alternative academic pathways, such as a degree apprenticeship, foundation year or placement year.

If you're interested in a foundation year or placement year, please chat to the course tutors as part of the course presentation or drop-in.

If you're interested in a degree apprenticeship, we recommend attending the presentation for your course of interest, and then head to the separate Alternative Options: Apprenticeships and more talk later in the day. These talks take place on both our Peel Park and Frederick Road campuses. Check out our full list of degree apprenticeships before you arrive!

The Apprenticeships team are available throughout the event on our Peel Park and Frederick Road campuses for any queries.
