We are offering combined campus and accommodation tours across all three of our sites; Peel Park, Frederick Road and MediaCity. You'll be taken on the tour by one of our student ambassadors who will be able to give you their unique insight into life as a Salford student. You will also have the option to book onto an accommodation tour of either our Peel Park Quarter or John Lester/Eddie Colman sites.
Explore your chosen course
You've chosen a course and received an offer to study with us - great! Now explore your subject in more detail by selecting one of the following options.
A Tale of Two Cities

University life isn't just about lectures and labs - the city you live in also shapes how you learn and the person you become.
Salford is part of Greater Manchester, a thriving, diverse city-region in the north-west of England. Our main campus is just 2km from Manchester city centre, so our students get to enjoy the history, culture, bars, and restaurants of two fantastic cities.
Take a tour in the video below - from our university to Manchester city centre and beyond - discovering all the best spots our neighbourhood has to offer along the way.

LIFE AT SALFORD
Life on campus
On campus, there's lots to get involved in: from joining a society, to exploring our sports centre and fitness classes, to winding down after a day of lectures in our Students' Union bar and café. We also have beautiful green spaces for you to relax, with Peel Park situated right next to our main campus.
In the city
When you're not in lectures or spending time with friends on campus, heading into Manchester city centre is a great option. We're just a 20 minute walk from Spinningfields, but with our on-campus train station (Salford Crescent), you can be at the heart of the city within minutes. The 50 bus is also free to students, meaning you can take advantage of our campus at MediaCityUK and discover the breathtaking views of the Quays.
Salford Students' Union
Our Students' Union based in University House is the place to go for all your student queries once you're on campus. Home to askUS, in here you'll also find our student radio station Shock Radio, Atmosphere, and our common room.
Sports Centre
Our sports centre comes complete with a swimming pool, sauna and spa, a gym, a six-court sports hall, fitness suites, fitness classes, external pitches and changing facilities. Perfect for working out in the morning, lunch time, evening - whatever time of day suits you.
Your accommodation
Living in halls is a great way to meet new people, make friends, and immerse yourself in student life.
