Term-time opening hours (Trimester 1 and 2)
Virtual queries (telephone, email and live chat):
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00-18:00
- Friday: 08:00-17:00
Face-to-face queries: Monday to Friday
- University House: 08:00-17:00
- MediaCity: 10:00-16:00
Trimester 3 and vacation period opening hours

There are no services at MediaCity during Trimester 3 and Vacation times. However, you can travel on the 50 bus between campuses for free, Monday to Friday, from 05:00-22:30 with your student ID card.
