Holders of the specialist diploma (since 1991) or magister (since 1991) at grade three (from maximum scale of five), or the bakalavr (since 1991) at grade 3 or above (from maximum scale of 5), if it has accompanying significant relevant work experience (two years or more) will be considered for postgraduate study.
