Our MA Nursing (Adult) course is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and is a combination of theory and practical-based teaching, to help develop your nursing skills and take you closer to becoming a registered nurse in the UK. You do not need to be a qualified nurse in your home country to study this course.

Our MA Nursing (Mental Health) course is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and is a combination of theory and practical-based teaching, to help develop your mental health nursing skills and take you closer to becoming a registered nurse in the UK. You do not need to be a qualified nurse in your home country to study this course.

During some of our nursing courses, you will develop your skills using our state-of-the-art simulation suites. These mirror the look and feel of a real hospital to enable you to practice your learning in a safe and supportive environment. 

We also have a number of clinical skills rooms that enhance students' learning from taking blood pressure, to giving CPR and more complicated procedures. Along with nursing skills rooms where you can practice in a ward situation, there are basic skills rooms for sessions such as moving and handling.
