Funded student and graduate internships

We work with Santander Universities UK to deliver an internship scheme that offers funding to recruit students and recent graduates as interns in your organisation.

Hire a graduate

Are you a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) looking to benefit from the skills a final year student or graduate can bring to your organisation?

We have partnered with Santander Universities (a division of Santander UK plc) to offer 50% funding to your business for an internship. The internships will be for a duration of between 4 and 8 weeks with the intern working on a full-time or part-time basis. Full time positions are based on a 35 hour week.

You should be in a position to pay your intern via your organisation’s payroll. You need to supply the University of Salford with your business bank account and finance administration details.

You and your intern must fill out an evaluation before the end of the internship.

Full time positions can only be offered outside of study time for current students.

How can a Santander Internship benefit my organisation?
