An introduction to weightlifting (including practical activity).
Strength and Conditioning career planning and professional development
This session focuses on employability in strength and conditioning and applied sports science and outlines how to get the most out of your course to enhance your employability. IUSCA applied practitioner award requirements are outlined and other awards and accreditations are discussed.
