Year Manager talk / Meet your Module Leaders
Receive essential information about the modules in final year, including introductions from your Module Leaders and Personal Tutors.
Placement readiness
This session will be facilitated by your Year Manager and Placement Lead, who will guide you through key onboarding activities. We will review your placement schedule and outline the expectations for your time on placement. The session will finish with a question-and-answer segment, giving you the opportunity to raise any concerns or seek further clarification.

Guest speakers
A number of guest speakers from across the podiatry profession will be joining us to share their experiences and career journeys. This session will highlight the wide range of pathways available within podiatry, offering insight into different clinical, academic, and specialist roles. Students will have the chance to hear real‑world stories, ask questions, and gain inspiration for where a career in podiatry could take them.
Clinical Skills update
This session provides an opportunity for anyone who has not yet completed their CPR or manual handling training to do so before the start of term. You can also use this time to finish your GHCC form and complete your NHS Core Skills requirements in preparation for the new academic year.
