Programme Leader talk
Receive essential information about your programme of study, including key academic procedures and expected behaviours that will support your success during your time at the University of Salford.
Student onboarding
This session will be led by your academic tutors, who will guide you through several important onboarding steps. You will be supported in completing your Occupational Health questionnaire, which will trigger your appointment, as well as starting your DBS application (please remember to bring three forms of identification). Enrolled students will also complete their GHGC requirements. If you need any additional support, the Student Onboarding team will be available throughout the week on the Allerton Concourse.

Meet your personal tutor/ Campus tour
Groups will be allocated a morning (09:15 - 12:15) or afternoon (13:00 - 16:00) slot and advised of their room.
Your personal tutor will be your first point of contact for most enquiries throughout your university journey. This session is a great opportunity to meet your fellow students and learn more about the expectations of your course. You will also take part in a campus tour to help you familiarise yourself with key locations across the university. To make it even more exciting, there will be a treasure hunt activity with the chance to win some fantastic prizes.

This session will be led by the Programme Lead who will discuss what to expect on the Mental Health field of practice.
