Welcome to your induction schedule: your essential introduction to your course, your school, your tutors and your fellow students. To give you the best start to your studies here, it’s important to attend all the sessions below, unless they are marked as optional.
After you have completed registration and received your IT log-in details, you will find further information and updates about your course via our virtual learning environment, Blackboard. You can find help using Blackboard via Introduction to Blackboard Learn.

Registration and other personal administration
Please use Monday to sort as much personal admin and access as much non-programme advice as possible. This will equip you properly for what’s ahead. Ensure you have your login details and student ID card. Test access to computers (call 0161 295 2444 if you have IT issues; remember that 3.13 is the Journalism school office in case of registration difficulties).
