Sami Ben-Ali

An accomplished Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) and HR professional, Sami has been recognised for driving organizational success through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With over 20 years of international experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge in generalist HR, strategic resourcing, talent acquisition, and thought leadership. Sami’s background includes managing complex global teams with a strong customer focus and hunger for continuous learning. A people-centric leader with a passion for generating inclusive workplaces and creating opportunities for underserved and underrepresented talent, Sami has been recognised for his work by over 300 fellow global DEI professionals being voted on the list for 2022 and 2023 ‘most inspirational global DEI leaders’ by the D&I leaders association. The list recognises leaders inspiring people accelerating workplace inclusion across the globe.

An alumn of Salford Business School, Sami originally grew up in the Northwest, studied in the US and has lived and worked in the Middle East.  Currently Sami resides in South Manchester with his wife and young daughter.
