Data Sharing Agreement
We have published data sharing agreements that will be used when sharing data with organisations. These set out a common set of rules to be followed by the organisations involved in the information sharing.

International Transfers
The University will in some instances enter into contracts with organisations that process personal data outside of the EEA. In these instances we would use Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection of data.
