The Sports Centre provides a 25 metre, 5 lane, deck level swimming pool, with sauna and spa.

Weekday evenings the Fast Lane Swim School use two lanes in the swimming pool for swimming lessons from 16:00-19:00 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and from 16:00-18:30 Wednesday to Friday. Three lanes are available for open swimming.
Our Students Union swimming clubs use three lanes in the swimming pool for club training 07:30-09:30 on Monday mornings, and 19:00-21:00 on Wednesday evenings, and from 18:30 on Friday evenings. Two lanes are available for open swimming.
A Women's Only Swim session is available from 11:00-12:00 on Fridays during the pool closure. Please note we may have a male lifeguard present. Please call reception before attendance to check if required.
