Plus, if you tell us what two fast food outlets near campus feature in the film by leaving a comment on YouTube (like and subscribe too!), you'll be in with a chance of winning a £50 voucher from a retailer of your choice.
Open Day Video Competition
If you're visiting us at our Open Day on 14 January 2023, you could be the lucky winner of a £100 One4All gift voucher by entering our exclusive TikTok competition!
All you have to do is watch our latest TikTok video, drop a yellow heart emoji 💛 in the comments, and make sure you're following our account. Do it all by 23:59 GMT Monday 16 January, and that voucher could be yours.

Terms and Conditions – the University of Salford's ‘Location video’ competition.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- This competition is promoted and administered by the University of Salford's Marketing, Recruitment and External Relations (MRER) Directorate, University of Salford, 43 The Crescent, Salford, M5 4WT.
- The competition will run until Monday 16 January 23:59 GMT.
- To participate in this competition, tell us what two fast food outlets near campus feature in this video by leaving a comment on YouTube in the comments section, or by emailing social-media@salford.ac.uk.
- One winner will be selected at random and will be notified by the University of Salford via a message on YouTube, or via email. Winners must respond within one week of being contacted. After this time the University of Salford reserves the right to choose an alternate.
- The competition winner will receive a £50 voucher from the retailer of their choice, however the University reserves the right to refuse purchase at their discretion.
- The competition is open to individuals who have made an application to study any course at the University of Salford in intakes from 2023 onwards, or those who have made an enquiry about studying at the University of Salford. Entrants may be asked for additional information for verification purposes.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. The University of Salford is not responsible for any expenses incurred by entrants to the competition.
- The University of Salford reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives.
- Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and shall be deleted as soon as practicable after the competition ends. The University shall comply with current UK data protection legislation. Personal Data will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's (data subject’s) prior consent.

Entrants will be verified to ensure they were an attendee at the University of Salford Open Day on 14 January 2023.
