Evelyn Adesina
Evelyn is a Nigerian actor and dancer currently based in the UK. Evelyn graduated with First-Class Honors in Theatre Arts from Redeemer’s University, Nigeria, where she specialised in acting, dance, and theatre management.
Evelyn's early passion for performance was sparked by a childhood fascination with The Sound of Music. Growing up watching stage plays, she developed a deep love for storytelling and a strong desire to be formally trained as an actor.
She is a versatile performer with a rich background in African theatre and a growing portfolio in screen acting. She has transitioned from stage to screen through various student productions, appearing in multiple short films and collaborating with VFX and animation students on combat and motion capture scenes. She has also contributed to voiceover and ADR projects, including a marketing campaign for the University of Salford, and worked with radio and television students in presenting roles.
Evelyn is fluent in English, French, Yoruba, and Nigerian Pidgin, adding linguistic range and authenticity to her performances.
She is passionate about working across a variety of media including film, TV, animation, gaming, voiceover, and motion capture. She continues to explore the boundaries of her craft, bringing energy, depth, and cultural richness to every role she inhabits.
