Biography
Rabab is a lecturer at the School of Science, Engineering, and Environment, University of Salford with over seventeen years of academic and industrial experience. She received her PhD degree from the University of Essex and has held academic positions in various universities, including the University of Essex, Anglia Ruskin University, and the University of Central Lancashire. Rabab’s research focuses on advancing the security, efficiency, and scalability of modern network systems, particularly in cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain technologies. Prior to her academic career, Rabab gained significant industry experience as a senior developer and Project Manager in an enterprise Mobile Telecommunications Company. Rabab’s research interests include IoT Security, AI Security, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks, and Information-Centric Networks.
