Lecturer in Occupational Therapy
Biography
Lisa is a Lecturer in Occupational Therapy who joined the University in 2019. She is a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with 15 years experience of practice in the acute mental health setting. Before joining the university she was working as a practice education facilitator for a mental health trust and so has a good understanding of clinical placements for students. Lisa is particularly interested in the areas of mental health, student mental health and digital health. She teaches across modules for the BSc and MSc Occupational Therapy programmes with a particular focus on Exploring Contemporary Practice / Ready For Practice Modules and associated placement planning.
