School of Science, Engineering and Environment
I joined the University in 2006 having spent the previous ten years in legal practice as a solicitor, specialising in dispute resolution, primarily in relation to construction matters.
I developed and launched the Construction Law & Practice (“CLP”) LLM/MSc Programme, which I continue to lead.
have taught a range of legally related modules in the School, but currently I lead Fundamentals of Construction Law, and Dispute Resolution Law & Practice, both of which are on the CLP Masters programme.
I form part of the team which delivers the PGT Research Phase, being primarily responsible for management and co-ordination of this complex learning phase.
