Run better. Stay fitter. Go faster.

Running is fun.
We do it because we love it, because of how it makes us feel.
But running with poor technique leads to pain and injury.
Which is no fun for anyone.
So whether you’re new to running or an elite athlete looking for marginal gains, the Running Performance Clinic’s research led approach will optimise your running style, helping you stay injury free and on-track to achieving your goals.
We look forward to helping you run better very soon.
A unique approach to gait analysis
Our services have been developed from our extensive research into running gait. This research has resulted in the creation of a database detailing the running mechanics of injury free and elite endurance runners.
So while your local running shop might offer 2D video gait analysis to sell you a running shoe, our process uses the latest 3D image capture to let us analyse your whole body movement as you run and combines this with a clinical assessment by one of our expert physiotherapists.
A unique approach to gait analysis
We then compare your results against our database of elite runners to identify aspects of your gait that may be contributing to injury or limiting your running performance.
This information is used to provide a comprehensive report and recommendations on how to improve your running technique or to help you recover from injury.
