Microsoft products
We've listed the best tools for a series of common tasks.
Writing and productivity
- Microsoft 365 Copilot (in Word, Outlook, etc.): Drafting, rewriting, summarising, answering questions.
- Editor: Grammar, style, clarity, tone support.
Idea generation and exploration
- Microsoft Copilot (in Word, PowerPoint): Brainstorming ideas, generating content, summarising long text.
Data analysis and visualisation
- Excel AI: Trends, patterns, formula suggestions, data types.
- Power BI with AI Insights: Smart narratives, predictive models, natural language queries.
Presentation creation
- Designer (in PowerPoint and standalone): Slide layouts, formatting, AI-generated images.
