Biography
As a Lecturer in Finance, Programme Leader for FinTech, and Director of International Recruitment at the University of Salford, my mission is to bridge the gap between academic excellence, industry relevance, and global opportunity. I am committed to shaping future-focused, inclusive finance education that equips diverse learners with the skills and vision to lead in a rapidly changing world.
Through strategic curriculum innovation, international engagement, and collaborative research, I strive to position Salford Business School as a hub for digital finance thought leadership. My work is guided by a belief that academic leadership must not only respond to change — it must drive it, inclusively and purposefully, while creating pathways for others to grow.
