Biography
Yazidu Buba Salihu is a PhD researcher in Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of Salford, United Kingdom, and a Postgraduate Research Representative in the School of Science, Engineering and Environment. His research focuses on Agile medical software development, empirical software engineering, and safety-critical digital health systems, with particular emphasis on integrating regulatory compliance into Agile healthcare software development.
His work has been published in international venues, including Springer Nature, the Journal of International Technology and Information Management, and Communications of the IIMA, and his ongoing research has been submitted to IET Software. He has presented at international conferences such as EMCIS and IFIP.
Yazidu holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA). He is also a member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and the Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN).
