Biography

Dr Uche Ogbonda is a lecturer, researcher, Deputy PGR Director in SSEE Admissions and Recruitment], MSc Dissertation Coordinator, Co-lead the Real Estate Research Cluster. She was the West African Coordinator of the African Real Estate Society (AFRES). Dr Ogbonda is an academic with broad knowledge and experience in teaching in Nigeria and in the UK. She supervises undergraduate projects and postgraduate students in research and taught MSc, MPhil and PhDs and teaches in multi-disciplinary modules in programmes other than the Real Estate programme. She has successfully examined over ten PhDs to progress and complete their degrees, and chaired PhD vivas. She is a reviewer of journals and conferences and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy [FHEA].
