Biography
Tracy is a Lecturer in Law, who has been with the University since January 2018 and has years of experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and learning, including module leadership. She holds a BA in Psychology, an LLB and LLM in International Commercial Law and more recently, a PhD in International Investment Law, where she examined State compliance with foreign investment arbitration awards. Tracy's research interests lie broadly within the sphere of International Economic Law, including WTO Law and the International Law of Foreign Investment, and International Commercial Law/Arbitration.
Prior to commencing her postgraduate studies and academic career, Tracy worked in several capacities in both public and private sectors, providing tailored counsel and assistance to major players on matters, including marginalization, social welfare and community development.
