Graduate Researcher
Biography
I am a Graduate Researcher at Salford Business School. My work supports how the school tracks and presents its research in preparation for REF 2029, such as helping to run the internal peer review and developing a Power BI dashboard that brings together staff research activity. I have also supported funding bids, contributing to proposal development for digital transformation projects. I am currently working on projects around using AI for knowledge repurposing and innovation, using the Viable Systems Model as the underpinning theory, and have previously co-authored a British Academy of Management conference presentation on empowering female academics. I help to coordinate research workshops within the school and collaboratively with external partners such as the Royal Northern College of Music. I am also the Assistant Editor for the forthcoming International Journal of Digital Transformation. Prior to this role, I studied law with a focus on international humanitarian law and nuclear non-proliferation.
