Biography
Lorna is an operations leader who thrives on transforming how organisations work behind the scenes—bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes.
With over 20 years’ experience across travel, higher education and now research infrastructure, my career has been built on one consistent theme: making complex systems work better. From managing large-scale travel operations and driving cost efficiencies, to redesigning service models, building digital tools and improving reporting, I focus on removing friction so teams can perform at their best.
Her current role as Operations Manager for Energy House Labs, provides support to the groups pioneering research by strengthening the operational backbone—developing processes, managing complex contracts and improving systems that enable world-leading innovation.
