Biography

Kyle qualified as a mental health nurse in 2008, since this he has successfully completed a BSc in therapeutic interventions and completed the NMC practice teacher award at the University of Salford.

Kyle is currently studing on the MSc health and social care reform at the University of Salford.

Kyle has worked within Greater Manchester West NHS Foundation Trust as a staff nurse within acute mental health settings and rehabilitation services.

Teaching

I will be teaching across a variety of undergraduate modules

Research Interests

  • The cultures of Psychiatry - changing practice and challenging cultures.
  • Leadership & Education: Development of new approaches to teaching/learning and retention of skills.
  • Staff wellbeing and support.
