Biography
Having worked at the University of Salford as both a Lecturer Practitioner and Lecturer in Midwifery, Kathryn has experience in both Clinical and Academic environments. Kathryn's role in the university is to deliver evidence-based theoretical knowledge from Level 4 to Level 7. Kathryn is Programme Leader for the MSc Midwifery Post RN pathway. She is also the lead for midwifery admissions with responsibility for recruiting student midwives. Kathryn's academic interests are breastfeeding and clinical skills in addition to the recruitment and retention of both midwifery students and newly qualified midwives.
