Biography
I am a researcher in organisational hybridity. My work at the University of Salford focuses on social enterprise organisations and involves collaborating with SMEs, working with boards and engaging with the third sector community. Passionate about how value based organisations find success, I aim to create research with real world impact supporting businesses to be ethical and resilient.
Areas of Research
My research interests lie at the intersection of social equity and organisational culture. I focus on organisational hybridity extending our knowledge of how organisations navigate sustainable and ethical values alongside commercial success. I have worked with social enterprise organisations, SMEs and with qualitative methodologies.
I am a highly experienced HE educator with 20 years' experience teaching at UG and PG. I have published in peer reviewed journals in last five years on decolonising the curriculum and published short chapters in a handbook on gender equity in the curriculum.
