Biography
I have been Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Intelligence Studies at the University of Salford since 2006.
Areas of Research
History of the British intelligence community, with a specific focus on the history of the Special Operations Executive (SOE) during the Second World War.
Areas of Supervision
I am available to supervise projects with a focus on British intelligence history and contemporary intelligence studies.
I convene the following modules:
Intelligence, Security & Politics in Britain, 1909-1994 (Level 5);
Britain and the European Resistance, 1939-1945 (Level 6);
Issues in Intelligence (Level 7);
Researching in Intelligence and Security Studies: Theory and Practice (Level 7)
