Biography
Ann Mulhaney is an Associate Professor of Change Management at the University of Salford and a member of the Centre for Sustainable Innovation at Salford Business School. With expertise in change management, she has a strong track record of cultural assessment, change readiness and implementing transformation in both large and small scale businesses across a range of sectors
Ann has over 30 years experience in academia although she has spent most of this time engaging with businesses. Ann also has significant industrial experience and classes herself as a practical academic.
Ann has a strong background in leading many knowledge transfer partnerships with businesses from diverse industries including manufacturing, service and social care.
With a passion for supporting businesses to grow and thrive, Ann delivers on a number of leadership programmes open to businesses and also designed and delivered the national Made Smarter Leading Digital Transformation programme.
