Biography
Currently undertaking an Doctor of Education qualification with a focus on "bridging the educational, skills and experience gap."
My education delivery experience includes working in further education and delivering A-level and BTEC business based qualifications. I currently work in higher education, where I deliver to students from foundation level through to masters level, and also deliver on executive education programmes. I am an external examiner, and within university, I undertake other duties outside of my role, and outside of my school as an academic citizen including student investigations and panel reviews. I have previously taught English as a foreign language overseas.
My industry experience includes providing human resources support alongside training and development. I have designed a training programme and supported during a redundancy process. As part of my role, I engaged with key internal and external stakeholders. and investigated well-being policies within the workplace.
Currently, I am a programme leader for Business Top Up students and lead on a supermodule.
